Eliza comes to Baker PR with nearly a decade of communications experience working with clients in technology, hospitality, food and beverage, and other industries. Previously, she served as senior public relations manager and senior account executive for the past two and a half years at Overit in Albany, NY. She also worked with a local PR agency in Clifton Park and started her career in public relations with the hospitality PR firm Bullfrog & Baum in Manhattan as a public relations executive.
At Bullfrog & Baum Eliza negotiated significant broadcast, print, and digital placements for celebrity chefs such as Bobby Flay, John Besh, Graham Elliot, and Homaro Cantu; for recognizable hospitality brands, including Lettuce Entertain You and Four Season; and for numerous Michelin Star-rated restaurants. In addition she coordinated and arranged for clients to participate in nationally acclaimed events, including Aspen Food & Wine, New York City Wine & Food, South Beach Wine & Food Festivals, and functions at the James Beard House.
At Baker Public Relations, Eliza is responsible for overseeing several accounts including the company’s hospitality clientele. Eliza’s strong relationships and connections with regional and national media help lead the Baker team to implement successful PR campaigns for their clients.
Eliza is an avid skier spending most of her free time in the Adirondack Mountains. She lives in Saratoga Springs with her husband and two young sons.
