SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – 23rd [and Fourth], a leading luxury design emporium in Saratoga Springs, has announced plans to expand the availability of its retail furniture and design services. Currently located at One Franklin Square, 23rd [and Fourth] will move to a new building owned by Bonacio Construction at 130 Excelsior Avenue in late fall.

The new showroom and design center will occupy a 233,000 square-foot space on the first floor and provide a modern venue for showcasing distinctive furniture pieces, lighting, decorative accessories, wall décor and luxury fabrics from dozens of high-end brands, including Kravet, Palecek, Arteriors, NOIR and Osborne & Little.

Owned and operated by Janet Longe and Jamie Davies, a mother-daughter team, 23rd [and Fourth] is dedicated to providing top-quality, inspired design items to area residents and Spa City visitors. “Excelsior Avenue is an up-and-coming location which will allow 23rd [and Fourth] to present its appealing mix of furniture and accessories to the greater public. It also provides us additional design space to work with clients and bring their interior design projects, large and small, to life,” said Longe, owner and designer, Allied ASID, Leed AP.

“The new location will enable us to feature even more items that reflect styles as diverse as the lifestyles and preferences of our interior design clients,” said Davies. “We look forward to being a part of the Excelsior Avenue community and are thrilled to contribute to the growth spurt happening beyond downtown Saratoga.”

Both women are longtime residents of Saratoga. Longe is slated to judge the 2016 Showcase of Homes sponsored by the Saratoga Builders Association, Inc. beginning the weekend of September 17. One of the 20 new homes in the showcase is located in the Excelsior Avenue building, where 23rd [and Fourth] will be relocating. The Franklin Square location will remain open until the move this fall, and will feature a store-wide moving sale on select showroom items.
